Professional Help from Steve:

What People Are Saying:

“Dear Steve,
I mostly wrote to thank you for the help you gave me.  I still think sometimes about the positive effect you had on my life, and how things might not be going so well if I had never met you.  THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!  I credit you for bringing me back literally from the brink of death.  You helped me sort out and purge the blackness from my mind.  I thank God for your gifts.
Warmly and with love,”
Darciann S.

“Steve,
I praise God for your talents and abilities to help people like me.  I’m grateful for your caring spirit and your desire to heal.  Your ability to temper the challenges of your clients is wonderful and a spectacular value.
God Bless You,”
Bill O.

“I saw you for a number of appointments and we worked on my fear of the camera (being photographed).  I had a dramatic change.  I say with confidence that I am effectively "cured" from that trauma reaction.  I say with confidence also that it was due to your treatment.”
Deborah D.

“I just wanted to thank you SO much for the work that you did with me yesterday (regarding a phobia of getting shots).  The shot went well, I didn't even feel it.  George thought he was in the waiting room with the wrong person because I was able to calmly sit and talk with him instead of pacing.  I told the girl that gave the shot about our session and she was ready to hire you on the spot to work with all the kids that come in.  After seeing the dramatic changes in me George is really looking forward to meeting you and getting to work with you.”
Connie W.

"Just a quick note to say thank you so much for all you did in our therapy sessions.  I'm doing so well.  I returned to work.  The work is fun and the people are great.  I'm losing weight, working out and doing well.  I just wanted you to know I attribute a lot of this to our therapy sessions."
Carolyn M.

"I wanted to let you know that I am back from my trip and I have to say that the imagery, breathing exercises and acupressure point practices really helped for my fear of flying.  I thank you very much your help and I wish you the best."
Brooks L.

"I just wanted to let you know that all the previous attempts at counseling with other traditional providers yielded little results and that the work I did with you was the only thing that ever created a lasting shift.  Your work did in fact have a profound impact on my life, my wife's life and my 6 year old daughter's life and not to mention all the lives we will soon be touching in our own practices."
Charlie P.

"I just wanted to follow up with you since my treatments.  I am still doing great.  I am just amazed that my driving anxiety and height anxiety are gone.  The last time I flew I was much better.  I attribute it to you and your technique (Quick REMAP) and I just want to say thanks again for everything.  Please feel free to use me for a reference anytime.  I am just amazed on a daily basis and if I can ever share that with someone to help them out, I would be happy to do so."
Cindy R.

How to Start Into Counseling:

  1. Review the material on this site to become familiar with the treatment possibilities that are available.
  2. Prepare a list of issues that you would like to work on in counseling.
  3. If you have any extremely painful incidents or traumatic events that may be part of the psychological basis of your current difficulties, please make a brief list of them as well.
  4. By preparing in writing some of your therapeutic goals and organizing your thoughts regarding what you need to tell me, we will be ready to make the best use of your time in treatment.  Then we can schedule your appointment.

Schedule an In-Office Appointment:

If you live in the Dallas area or plan to be visiting, we can schedule an appointment at my office which is in the Richardson Medical Park building at:

375 Municipal Drive
Suite 230,
Richardson, Texas 75080 (a Dallas suburb)

Please call the office at (972) 997-9955.  If you get the answering machine, it means that I am in session.  Leave your name and phone number and I will return your call as soon as I am available.  We can then compare our calendars and set a time for your visit.

Schedule a Phone Appointment from Anywhere in the World:

Now distance is no longer a barrier to getting expert guidance and consultation.  I have conducted phone consultations with people from New York, Alaska, Virginia, California, Illinois, Colorado and as far from Dallas as London, Singapore and Sydney.  It is very easy.  Here is how it works:

1. You call my office at (972) 997-9955 to set a time for your phone consult.

2. At the designated time of your appointment, you simply call my office and we                  meet by phone.

I am in Dallas which is in the central time zone of the USA.  The following web addresses will help you identify the best times to call and to arrange an appointment no matter what part of the world you live in.

The World Clock Meeting Planner:  http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html?p1=152

The World Clock Home Page:  http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

3. You can pay for your appointment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover Card).

In advance of our phone appointment I may send you some material either by snail mail or by e-mail that will help the process.  One other tip, I find that if you have a head-set to your phone that it frees you to make notes as needed or work with acupressure points for the mind and emotions more easily.

If you have any questions, please contact me at:

I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
